Carl Marshall

My book, "The Light of Innocence" is an inspiration that I have revealed toThe Light of Innocence: Christian Living the world. In it are many answers to questions that have puzzled the minds of Christians for many years. I began to write so that I may remember the things I must do to keep my faith, but my commitment has led me to the door that was already opened for me. I am an innovator. My many discoveries however, have not come without oppositions, which are the battles I have fought, and overcome before I completed this book.

My boss is Jesus Christ; observing that only Jesus Christ has lived on earth, and did not sin then only he has the rights to govern me. My faith I know is at least the size of a mustard seed because mountains I have removed to live the life that I have chosen. I do not strive to be the best because the best is Almighty God however, the mercy of God has made me whole, and so I am pleased to be exalted by Jesus Christ.

PageOneLit.com: Where did you grow up and was reading and writing a part of your life?

Carl Marshall:I grew up in Manchester, Jamaica in the West Indies. Most of my growing years in Jamaica were sch ool years. Reading and writing was never a part of my life.

Who were your earliest influences and why?

Carl Marshall:Pertaining to Christianity, I did not have any early influence; in fact even now I am an independent Christian child. All my friends believe in Jesus Christ, but they have not chosen Christian living.

PageOneLit.com: Why do you write?

Carl Marshall:I write because of the overwhelming information that I have been receiving from studying the Bible.

PageoneLit.com: Discuss your The Light of Innocence.

Carl Marshall: Regardless of how I am being criticized my book will prove my innocence. I often wondered what was meant when Jesus Christ said: “You are the light of the world.” For someone to be the light of the world, they must first be innocent. I know there are many different beliefs in the world, but one must stand out to be true. Through this, my revelation Christian living is the one.

PageOneLit.com: You say, "The Light of Innocence" is an inspiration that I have revealed to the world. In it are many answers to questions that have puzzled the minds of Christians for many years. Explain.

Carl Marshall:As I have said before, I was not influenced by anyone in my early years therefore, that which I have learned comes from an inspiration that could only be inspired by Jesus Christ. My inspiration is the answers to questions such as: What is the mark of the beast? Where is the New Jerusalem? Who are Gog and Magog? Etc. These questions and much more have puzzled our minds for many years. Without a doubt, I have answered these questions.

PageOneLit.com:  When and where did your FAITH begin?

Carl Marshall:This is where a great many misunderstand. I have always believed in Jesus Christ, and this is where my faith began. Surely in my innocence I did not understand faith but in my later years, say twenty-eight or nine Dr. Fredrick K.C. Price was my television teacher. Writing this book cleared up my understanding of faith. My book is my faith; it is a life I am living so that I may one day see the Kingdom of God.

PageOneLit.com:  You say, "My many discoveries however, have not come without oppositions, which are the battles I have fought, and overcome before I completed this book." Explain.

Carl Marshall:The oppositions I speak of occurred before my discoveries. During such time I encountered persecution, racism, favoritism, abuse from people in power, and rejection, but there was an ultimate test, and those were the oppositions I encountered while I prepared a love one to die. In that environment, I stood alone as I stand on my principles.

PageOneLit.com: What do you hope to achieve with The Light of Innocence?

Carl Marshall: My hope is that this book will remove the fear that surrounds Christian living.

PageOneLit.com: What was the last book you read?

Carl Marshall: Currently I am reading

Voice Power by Renee Grant-Williams

PageOneLit.com: What's next?

Carl Marshall: There is still much truth to be told. I hope to speak on the subject of Christian Living and maybe publish another Christian book in the future.

PageOneLit.com: Do you have any hobbies? What are they? How do they enhance your writing?

Carl Marshall: My hobby is jogging. Jogging helps me to have a comfortable sleep, which is needed to keep my brain awake for reading and writing.
