Christopher A. Pinckley

Christopher A. Pinckley, the founder of Holisticfitness4U, is a professional Certified Fitness Trainer (CPT) with over 17 years ofchrisimage experience in fitness and over 10 years experience in professional training. His interest in physical fitness began at an early age and grew into a life long pursuit. Born with chronic knee pain, he began research and studies on how to continue functionality while working out and staying fit. This led to an intense study of many different techniques with physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and orthopedic surgeons., Later, after obtaining satisfactory information on knee rehabilitation, other injuries occurred as a result of extreme physical training. To make a long story short, extensive research on holistic/non-surgery related physical therapy became a work in progress. Ultimately, after years of research, an integrated program was designed to enhance posture, improve functionality, decrease aches and pains, and stay lean, muscular, and healthy., Christopher A. Pinckley began personal training in Nebraska in 1994 at Gold’s Gym, Lincoln. From there he relocated to Los Angeles, CA and established his own business in personal training. His continued study and work with various clients resulted in a culmination of knowledge that led to the creation of “Holisticfitness4U”. He began this business after relocation to the San Francisco Bay Area where he now resides as a professional fitness trainer., Christopher A. Pinckley is ACE certified with numerous internships with chiropractors, nutritionists, and physical therapists., Christopher A. Pinckley's new book, Reality Creation 101, is now available on Amazon! http://holisticfitness4u.com & http://www.realitycreation101.com

PageOneLit.com: Where did you grow up and was reading and writing a part of your life? Who were your earliest influences and why?

Christopher A. Pinckley: Actually, I didn't start reading until I was around sixteen years old. I was always into fantasy fiction, the general theme of it, and found "Thomas Covenent The Unbeliever" by Stephen R. Donaldson in the Fayetteville High School Library. At that point in my life I was very shy and fearful and found this series of books, "The White Gold Weilder", to be the perfect escape. At the time I had no inkling about spirituality, self-help, destiny, or otherwise. I was just trying to get through the day. Fantasy and Sci-Fi would become a regular outlet for me to retreat from a less than desirable childhood. I didn't actually start writing until I was nineteen, and then sporadically. I started a fantasy book which I never finished.

PageOneLit.com: What makes your new book REALITY CREATION 101 different from all of the others in the self-help genre?

Christopher A. Pinckley: A: The biggest thing that is different about Reality Creation 101 is it's easy to use and understand language, given the complex nature of the subject. The average person can pick up Reality Creation 101 and begin to understand how, through their mind, body, and spirit, that they are actually creating their reality. This book also does not make empty promises, it delivers to you the reader everything that you need to know to purposefully structure your life and create your reality. A lot of books make the promise, but fall short of delivering actual tangible advice on how to do, be, and live your dreams. This book doesn't take the reader for granted, whether you are a millionaire or you are homeless, it can and will help you.

PageOneLit.com: What is your definition of "Reality Creation". How does someone know when they are not self aware?

Christopher A. Pinckley: "Reality Creation" is structuring your life consciously and purposefully. Your "life" is your "reality", but using the term "reality" enables us to refer to more than just the physical YOU that you see in the mirror. Your "Reality Creation" is the sum total of YOU, the everything, energetically, spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and otherwise. In the beginning, of course, you are unaware that you are unaware. Then, at some point, the desire to lead a more fulfilling life, either financially or otherwise, begins to take root. At this point you begin to become aware that you may be unaware. It is as a result of wanting something that you cannot seem to achieve that you begin to turn your focus inwards.

PageOneLit.com: In REALITY CREATION 101 you say, "We create our own reality." Explain.

Christopher A. Pinckley: This is a vastly overused statement at this point in the history of metaphyics and new age thought, however it yet remains true. It is simply a way to reclaim power in your life, not to blame yourself for your life. When you are fully actualized, this statement is all powerful because it implys that you can create whatever you want. However, if you are still working through life lessons and have heavy emotional baggage that you are pulling around, it can seem disempowering. The trick is in realizing that, if this is you with the heavy emotional baggage, you may need to release this stuff before you can really create what you want. This is yet another reason why REALITY CREATION 101 is different than other books, it does not assume that your life is all roses.

PageOneLit.com: Discuss a little about "Controlling Your Thoughts". I've heard this referred to as "Self Talk". Discuss how important this is in being who you want to be in life and how "Stink'in Think'in" can hurt and limit what we want?

Christopher A. Pinckley: Well, I would first redirect the reader into the terms "releasing and allowing" and away from "controlling your thoughts". Most negative thoughts are generated by negative emotional baggage and limiting beliefs. Thus, if you can release this emotional energy out of your body or bioenergetic sphere, then you donm't have to worry about controlling your thoughts. If someone has tons of emotional baggage and they go about trying to control or force their thought process, they will still wonder why their life does not work out the way they want it to. This is because now all they are doing is pushing this emotional energy back down without releasing and trying to pave a new road over a tar pit. Instead, allow your thoughts to come to the surface and then release them through meditation and emotional release work. If you attempt to reprogram your neural network without releasing the emotional baggage, nothing will change.

PageOneLit.com: What is our 'Vibrational field'? Vibrational Rate of Attraction'?

Christopher A. Pinckley: You could also call your vibrational field your magnetic field with equal accuracy. Our vibrational energetic field is all of the residual energy in and around our bodies that radiates outwards from us. It is composed of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions. These three things are constantly creating our life and our bodies. The first manifestation of your thoughts is your body, then your energy radiaters outwards from there. Your vibrational rate of attraction is the level of life that you are magnetic to. Quantum physicists have found that everything in life, and I mean everything, has a vibration to it and resonates at a particular frequency. Thus, emotional states are no different and resonate at a particular frequency. Your bioenergetic sphere has a particular vibration to it that has a tendency to draw to it a certain type of experiences that have a matching vibration. In Reality Creation 101 you learn ways in which to manipulate your vibrational rate of attraction to match that which you wish to experience in your life.

PageOneLit.com: Explain "Clearing Your Mental Body".What is a 'Neural Net'?

Christopher A. Pinckley: Clearing your mental body is akin to getting your head straight. Your mental body, in the sense that I refer to it, is the thoughts that you are consciously choosing to think. For example, if you are feeling negative about a particular person, then you have the option of inputting a positive thought about it. However, in order for you to create a new neural network around this person, you will need to continue these thoughts until there is a neural associative conditioning around it. In other words, you will have to continue purposefully finding something positive to think about this person each time you come in contact with them or each time you think of them. After you do this enough you will establish a new neural network within your brain that has a positive association with this person.

PageOneLit.com: In REALITY CREATION 101 you ask the one question everyone wants the answer : Why do some people have control over their lives and achieve their goals and other people from the same background struggle? Is it as simple as we are what and who we think we are?

Christopher A. Pinckley:The sentence "the same background" is a subjective statement, and thus difficult to answer. Given the extreme example of identical twins we see that quite often, even more often than not, these two individuals turn out to lead relatively similar lives even if separated at birth. This is as a result of being born into the same energy, having been affected by the energy of the parents as they interacted with the world during pregnancy. In other words, a good chunk of the emotional energy is established while in the whomb during pregnancy. As mentioned in my book, this is why a lot of expectant mothers listen to classical music during pregnancy, because it has been proven to improve the unborn child's chances at success as it grows up. Some of the mental/emotional patterns have already been established by the time the child is born.

There is also the difference of Souls here to speak of. This is a much more complex subject than there is space here within the parameters of this interview. However, there is the theory and growing body of thought that suggests that the Soul, coming into this world in an 'incarnation', aready has much of it's life path planned out. That further, within this life path, there is the freedom to create what you want given the direction that the path takes you. This is one explanation for the difference between two people having completely different lives and amounts of success that come from seemingly different backgrounds. There are also innumerable areas where limitation can be learned depending upon the variety of parents that there are available.

PageOneLit.com: If a person has a positive approach to their life but works/lives with someone who doesn't how badly can it effect the positive person? Can positivity beat negativity in the workplace or home? Explain.

Christopher A. Pinckley: In the instance where you may be dealing with someone who you feel is emitting negative energy there are two possible outcomes. The first outcome is that you, being powerful in your energy, elevate your own bioenergetic sphere of influence and transform them with your power of presence. In physical terms this would be represented by your ability to release your emotonal ties to this person and/or visualize them in a positive light by always redirecting yourself to find something good about them. In this way, you are still the creator of your own experience, but focus your energy on yourself. Possibility two is that, knowing you do not wish to be around people emitting a negative energy, decide to remove yourself from their vibrational sphere of influence, energetically speaking. In other words, if your work environment is toxic, it may be a losing battle to attempt to transform it. If it is that bad you may simply drain yourself and become emotionally exhausted if you try to transform your entire work environment and/or the people within it. In this situation you would still be consciously creating your own reality if you were to decide to remove yourself from this environment in favor of a more positive one. In this sense, positivity does not beat negativity, it allow negativity to be. Instead, positivity wins the day with it's power of presence, where 'power' is the key word and not 'force'.

PageOneLit.com: What are readers saying about REALITY CREATION 101 ?

Christopher A. Pinckley: People that speak to me on a personal level about the book seem to really appreciate the message. Many of them are visibly excited at the possibilities and seem more inspired to take control of their current circumstances. People definitely enjoy the fact that I make the message and the exercises something that is tangible and accessible. People also really appreciate that I have taken a complex subject and broken it down into an easily integrative approach to every day living. Some are even referring to it as "The Integral Secret" and "The Missing Manuel on Life". I attribute the success of the book to the fact that I, myself, was able to utilize these techniques to pull myself out of the proverbial "gutter" and get my life on track. I also believe people resonate highly with it because of the present acceleration of consciousness, many people are seeking answers and some are finding those answers within the pages of the book.

PageOneLit.com: What do you hope to achieve with REALITY CREATION 101 ?

Christopher A. Pinckley: My hope with Reality Creation 101 is that it will empower people who were previously disempowered. It is my belief that most people who aren't able to create what they want in life are not able to do so because they have guilt and worthiness issues. In other words, people don't allow themselves to have the life that they truly deserve because of the deep seated and unconscious feeling that they don't really deserve it. One of my biggest goals here is to give people empowering exercises, techniques, and the belief that every single person deserves to create the life of their dreams. There is no one who does not, no one. Another way of saying this is that I hope to move the people of the world towards limitlessness.

PageOneLit.com: What was the last book you read?

Christopher A. Pinckley:I read many books, so it is difficult to say. I often refer back to books and read various excerpts. However, the most recent book I read cover to cover was "Best Served Cold" by Joe Abercrombie.

PageOneLit.com: What's next?

Christopher A. Pinckley: I have planned discussions and workshops to go along with the book tour. There are two other spiritual self-help books in the works as well, which should be released within the year.

PageOneLit.com: Do you have any hobbies? What are they? How do they enhance your writing?

Christopher A. Pinckley: Aside from my mind/body exercises like meditation, chi kung, and emotional release work I enjoy playing video games. Some people refer to me as a paradox, but I love to indulge my inner child with fun, free spirited activities. I find that allowing myself to do fun "kid stuff" keeps me balanced. I instinctively avoid being too serious about life because I believe it cuts down on your life expectancy. I try to laugh at myself and have fun whenever I can. Otherwise we 'should' all over each other and there is no such thing as 'should' or 'should not'. Don't 'should' on me and I wont 'should' on you. The only thing I think that you should do is what you want to do. Enjoy your life, have fun, let your inner child out a little bit!
