The story of how and why I wrote this book, and the description of who I am and who I have become are so very intertwined that it is hard for me to try to write about myself without including how I have evolved through all of my experiences on this journey. It is far easier for me to tell my story as I describe not only this journey but all of the growth and development along the way. I can only define who I am by these amazing experiences that have brought me to this beautiful place. And this beautiful place has brought me to you.

This book is the story of my personal journey as I learned to accept the universe’s help to transport me on a journey evolving ME into the person that I was meant to be. I learned that with an open heart and an open mind that you can create your heart’s desire. I began to study everything and anything that had to do with spirituality and metaphysics. As a new student, I needed to develop a new foundation from which to build while relaxing my belief system that had been in place for years. The more that I studied the more I realized all that I didn’t know! For several years I attended the Rishi Institute of Metaphysics studying the teachings of the spiritual Laws of Life. These are the principles by which our universe operates. Some subjects had great personal appeal so for these I found local experts and took many classes as I tackled the subject matter one by one – digesting the knowledge while building my foundation. I learned that each of us has a blueprint and that there are many gifts available to help us to develop, to grow, and to evolve. We simply need to learn how to identify them, claim them, and work with them to help us with our transition from one dimension into another. This awareness is not only important for us to evolve, but it is very timely as our earth is experiencing its great shift. Our planet began evolving from the fourth dimension into the fifth dimension just after the new millennium, as I was beginning my personal growth evolving out of one dimension and into another. Slowly I learned that by taking baby steps, one step at a time I was being guided on a new journey. This new journey, this amazing journey, was the beginning of my learning how to live and evolve into the fifth dimension. I not only learned my role in this transitioning process for our planet but I learned how to develop myself so that I could teach and be an example for others on they began their journey. My focus was energy and healing. I became a healer, not only a Reiki Master but a spiritual healer. I learned that to really heal – you must heal on all levels and so I took self development classes in all of our bodies of consciousness. I am always looking for alternative healing modalities as I expand my knowledge to be able to share these healing methods with my readers and friends. I learned about healing with light. I became certified in Color Harmonics: Frequency and Form. These new gifts to the planet are actually ancient healing techniques that have been re-presented to us so that we may benefit from the wisdom of the ancients. My awareness and knowledge expanded as I learned about my birthright gift and the other gifts that are available for us to develop. Quietly and with great determination and focus, I began to expand my gifts into all of the available gifts working fervently to develop all nine. As my gifts expanded, I was able to increase my awareness and focus on expanding all areas of my life. This lead to my discovery that one of my major blueprint items was that I was to experience the transition into the fifth dimension and write my experiences for others to learn so they could grow and develop their gifts while learning to evolve into the fifth dimension. I became aware of the many possibilities of how and why I was going to be able to accomplish this blueprint item while being led down this new path. I made it known to all that would listen that I was open and was willing to accept help from any and all sources – sources of love. What I didn’t know and what was the most wonderful surprise is that my help was being gifted from all of the unseen benefactors that are here to offer all of us love and support. I was very welcome in the world of what is “out of this world” and although my benefactors were unseen they certainly were not unfelt. My life became richer from these beautiful experiences as I learned that a small group of these unseen benefactors or angelic influences were in fact going to bring me the knowledge and wisdom that needed to be brought to planet earth at this time. I was to present channeled information while writing my story so that my experiences, my lessons, and my growth and development are examples that the reader could relate to and use as a springboard to begin the forward and upward movement into the fifth dimension. My instructions were to keep it simple and keep it light that the message and the directions that are included as they are digested will simply bring each reader’s energy to a higher, vibrational level. This is their gift to you, the reader. As you learn how to transition from whatever dimension you are in to the fifth dimension, you will learn how to move with the flow of these fifth dimensional energies. How and why these fifth dimensional energies exist is the universe’s gift to us, as we move from the chaotic energies that currently exist, as our planet is trying to reset itself, to the beautiful, healing energies of the fifth dimension. We have reached that time in our planet’s history that we have become a fifth dimensional planet. Our reality must change if we are to be in sync with the reality on earth. The gifts are all here, they have all been given to us and now for us to enjoy a successful, richer life, we simply need to learn how to use them. We simply need to learn how to live from the heart in this new world! PageOneLit.com: Where did you grow up and was reading and writing a part of your life? Who were your earliest influences and why?

Kathleen Walsh: I grew up in the Midwest (Cleveland, Ohio) and reading was a treat for me. It was my way of relaxing into other worlds, other realities and fantasizing about playing a leading role – a leading role in the storyline of the book or novel that I was reading. When I went to college, I majored in English as I loved to get lost in the 18^th and 19^th century literature. Writing all of the papers that was demanded of an English major, actually helped me develop focus and determination – two skills necessary to complete a book !

PageOneLit.com: Why do you write?

Kathleen Walsh: I have learned so many interesting twists and turns helping me to distinguish what is real in our world and what is illusion. As I was developing and evolving and started learning how the universe really works I knew that I needed to put it all in book format. I wanted people to have an explanation for what is happening on our planet and why, as well as what and why we need to do to evolve with our planet – so there would be less stress, frustration and anger both within us and without.    It is a story that must be told . . .

PageOneLit.com: Briefly discuss your book, Limitless Possibilities.

Kathleen Walsh: Limitless Possibilities describes the evolutionary events that are occurring on our planet currently. It explains how and why our planet is transitioning from a 3rd-dimensional world to a more highly evolved 5^th dimensional world. It teaches you how to personally evolve – so as the planet is transitioning you have the opportunity to transition as well. Limitless Possibilities is a guidebook that helps you to identify what dimension you are in and provides you with the techniques and tools that you need to evolve to a more highly evolved individual. This shift allows you to experience the world far differently than your current method as well as allows you to shift into the world of Limitless Possibilities. In addition, this book is my spiritual journey as I explain how I learned to shift in all areas of my life, allowing me to reach the 5^th dimension providing a model for the reader so that he/she can have someone to relate to.

PageOneLit.com: Explain the title Limitless Possibilities as it relates to the book.

Kathleen Walsh: As one learns to shift and begins to participate in the world in new ways – the ways of the fifth dimension – many new gifts come from the universe. These gifts allow the journey to be experienced on a higher level – a level of Limitless Possibilities. Our world has expanded to include energies and events that one formerly thought only possible in the dream state or in movies! In fact this new reality becomes possible only when one chooses to evolve into the realm of the fifth dimension – where one learns to see perfection in all things.

PageOneLit.com: What is the fifth dimension?

Kathleen Walsh: The fifth dimension is defined as the realm of the spiritual healer. This means that someone who is evolving sees “perfection where they formerly saw the illusion of imperfection”. This shift in perspective allows the person to evolve and experience higher states of existence – in the everyday world enabling them to move from confusion and limitation in the 3^rd dimension, thru understanding and clarity in the 4^th dimension into wisdom and enlightenment in the 5^th dimension. Each of us has felt the energies shifting on our planet, as the old energies leave and are replaced by the new ones creating chaos in many arenas on our planet. We are currently at the end stages of the fourth dimension and the energies of the 5^th dimension will complete on earth on December 21, 2012. We each have a choice to make: Do we want to live our life on earth as a 2, 3, 4^th dimensional person (whatever stage you are in) living out of sync in a 5^th dimensional world hoping for success? Or Do we want to live our life on earth evolved into a 5^th dimensional person living in sync with the new 5^th dimensional world being successful in all areas of your life?

When one realizes that the energies of how we used to do things in a 3^rd dimensional way are no longer on the planet so being successful by doing things the old way will be near impossible to achieve - one hopefully will come to the decision to evolve and shift. This decision is not only imperative but mandatory if one is to experience any success in their life in our new world.

PageOneLit.com: “By removing fears one by one, each one of us can transition from a place of fear into a place of love, learning to live from the heart.” Explain.

Kathleen Walsh: Fear is the number one emotion that holds us back. Fear is also the mother of all negative emotions. So, by being introspective and identifying anything that doesn’t feel like love within us, we are able to identify our fears. By addressing each issue one by one, we eliminate the energy of fear from our person, replacing it with the energy of love.

We attract to us either what we love the most or fear the most. The removal of our fears allows us to only attract things to us that we love. As our fears are lifted, our heart gets lighter and lighter. By asking ourselves what brings us passion and joy?   We identify our heart’s desire. When we have identified what we need to do in order to experience passion and joy and make that activity part of our day to day life keeping those emotions alive within us, we have learned to live from the heart.

PageOneLit.com: I absolutely love the cover design for Limitless Possibilities. Who did the work and what was the concept?

Kathleen Walsh: Working with the cover designer from my publisher, I explained that I wanted to see our planet in our galaxy presented in a new way, a fifth dimensional way. I wanted people to see our planet – not as we knew it – but as it had shifted. So, I designed the earth in our galaxy, in our universe in fifth dimensional colors. So it is clear that we are living on the same planet, only one that has evolved into the fifth dimension. The colors used are all colors of the fifth dimension – meaning they are coming to the planet in energies that support and align themselves with fifth dimensional concepts. Each color has its own vibration - so not only can see the difference but you can also feel the difference! You can feel that the energy is different – you can experience and feel the unconditional love that is felt when you hold a copy of the book – this is the energy of the fifth dimension. Unconditional love is the universal love of our galaxy and I wanted the reader to experience this great new feeling. When you begin the reading, your vibrations begin to shift into the higher vibrations… it truly is capitalizing on the energy of magic and miracles that have arrived and your journey has begun!

PageOneLit.com: What do you hope to achieve with Limitless Possibilities?

Kathleen Walsh: My hope would be that the message that the book brings with it is received by people to help them live the life they were meant to live on earth – without the limitations and confusion of the third dimensional world. If people can begin their evolutionary process as our planet is evolving – then we have the opportunity to not only heal ourselves but we can heal the world that we live in. This would be an extraordinary event.

PageOneLit.com: What was the last book you read?

Kathleen Walsh: I typically read three books concurrently – I am finishing “The Eleven Eternal Principles”, “The Great Shift – Co-creating a New World for 2012 and Beyond”, and “Alchemy of Nine Dimensions – The 2011 – 2012 Prophecies and Nine Dimensions of Consciousness”.

I have found that when you are drawn to several books….that as you are reading one and questions arise, they are invariably answered in one of the other two books. This is a beautiful example of synchronicity in our universe. I love it when I feel this connected – it is a feeling that I love repeating again and again and again!

PageOneLit.com: What’s next?

Kathleen Walsh: I am working on my second book – which is a personal manual to help people as they evolve work out the snags and problems as they come up – in a fifth dimensional way.

PageOneLit.com: Do you have any hobbies? What are they? How do they enhance your writing?

Kathleen Walsh: I am constantly learning new ways to understand and use energy in my healing work. Actually when you learn that we are all simply energy and the planet and everything surrounding us is simply energy – it allows you to see the body and the mind in new ways. So, I love exploring and experimenting with the energy helping people remove anything that doesn’t feel like love to reach a new state of balance and harmony. I feel that all of these experiences help me to continue to understand the true meaning of living a life well lived. I hope this message translates in my writing.
